Moving out at the end of a lease?

Say so in the form. A rug that has to be clean before a deposit inspection is a different conversation from one that can wait, and it is a much better outcome than a rented machine. Do not run one over a wool rug — that is where brown rings and cellulosic browning come from, and both are more work to undo than the original clean would have been.

How the wash works

Rug soaked by a leak, a storm or a machine?

Wet rugs are run ahead of routine work where the schedule allows. Do not wait for the adjuster to call back — the first forty-eight hours decide whether the rug is recoverable, and a fan pointed at it does not count as drying.
